1. Acceptance
By accessing PuntPulse (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. What the Service provides
The Service publishes statistical estimates of greyhound race outcomes generated by a model from publicly available form data. Nothing on the Service is betting advice, a tip, an inducement to bet, or financial product advice. Estimates are provided on an “as is” basis and may be wrong. Past model performance does not indicate future results.
3. No liability for wagering outcomes
You are solely responsible for any bet you place. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuntPulse is not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Accounts & subscriptions
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Fees are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data except as expressly permitted by your plan (Edge export). Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including model outputs and site content, is owned by PuntPulse or its licensors. Edge subscribers are granted a licence to use exported data for their own analysis, not for redistribution.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance.
