What we collect
- Account data: email address, and for paid plans a payment token held by our payment processor (we never store card numbers).
- Usage data: pages viewed, races opened, and basic device/browser information, used to run and improve the Service.
- Communications: emails you send us.
How we use it
- To provide the Service and your subscription.
- To send service notices and, if you opt in, product updates.
- To analyse and improve model and site performance.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, email, analytics), under contract, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Storage & security
Data is stored on servers located in Australia and reputable cloud regions. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or deletion of your account, by emailing hello@puntpulse.com.au. You may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) if you believe we have mishandled your information.
