Affiliate program terms

These terms apply on top of our Terms of service when you join the PuntPulse affiliate program. By joining you agree to them.

1. Who can join

• You must be 18 or over and hold a PuntPulse account in good standing.
• Payouts go by PayID to an Australian bank account, so you need one to be paid.

2. What you earn

• 30% of every payment (excluding GST) a customer you refer makes for PuntPulse Pro, for the first 12 months from their first payment.
• A customer is yours if they create a new account within 60 days of last clicking your link, on the same browser. If they click another affiliate's link after yours, the later link counts. Existing accounts can't be referred.
• You can't refer yourself, or earn from accounts you control.
• Commission is earned only on money we actually receive. If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled (and deducted from later commissions if already paid).
• If we change the rate or the months, the change applies only to payments made after we give you at least 30 days' notice.

3. Getting paid

• Each commission is held for 30 days (the refund window), then becomes available.
• We pay available balances of $50 or more once a month, by PayID, in Australian dollars. Smaller balances carry over.
• You're responsible for any tax on what you earn. If you're registered for GST, email us and we'll arrange a recipient-created tax invoice.

4. How you may promote PuntPulse

PuntPulse is a racing-predictions service used by people who bet, so Australian gambling-advertising and consumer law applies to how it's promoted. You must:

• Say you're paid. Make clear, next to your link, that it's an affiliate link and you earn a commission (e.g. “affiliate link — I earn a commission”, or #ad).
• Describe PuntPulse accurately: model ratings and estimates of each runner's chance. They are often wrong and never a guarantee.
• Include “18+” and that people should gamble responsibly.

You must not:

• Claim or suggest that PuntPulse, its models or ratings win, make money, beat the bookmakers or the market, are “tips”, “locks” or “sure things”, or show winnings, profits or betting returns alongside your link.
• Encourage anyone to gamble, to gamble more, or to chase losses, or link gambling with success, wealth or solving money problems.
• Target or reach people under 18, or post where under-18s are the main audience.
• Offer your own incentives to sign up (cash back, free bets, giveaways) without our written okay.
• Spam (unsolicited email, SMS or direct messages), post fake reviews, or pose as PuntPulse or its staff.
• Bid on “PuntPulse” or close variations in search ads, or register domains or social handles using our name.
• Use our logo or name in a way that suggests we endorse your content.

5. Ending or suspending

• You can leave at any time by emailing us or closing your account.
• If you break these terms we may suspend or end your participation and withhold commission earned through the breach. Otherwise, commission already earned is paid as normal.
• We may close the program with 30 days' notice.
